Casual Part Timer Shifts
(Day – 07.00 – 19.00) (Night 19.00 – 07.00)
Working shifts according to Sick Leave / Vacation Leave of Full timers
Receptionist Duties:
Provide a welcoming, professional service to all residents, visitors, and staff.
Adhere to the Uniform Policy, wearing full uniform and name badge.
Answer incoming calls promptly with efficiency.
Assist residents and visitors with directions and information, ensuring confidentiality.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and facility.
Handle inquiries with dignity and privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Respond to calls within 3 rings (where applicable).
Forward queries and messages via email.
Receive, sort, and register mail.
Update the Resident’s List regularly.
Assist with administrative tasks as directed by Human Resources.
Register all visitors.
Participate in emergencies and drills as required.
Register and forward complaints or queries through the appropriate channels.
Support with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Ensure the main door remains closed.
Perform any additional duties requested by management to support home operations.
